I loved being a SAHM and for many years it was very fulfilling, however, as my children got older and needed me less, I wasn’t sure who I was any longer. Enter DreamBuilder program – a repeatable and reliable system of transformation that catapulted my life to new levels.

As a Certified DreamBuilder Coach and Life Mastery Consultant with The Brave Thinking Institute, I can help guide you through a proven system that will transform your life!

  • Yoga Teacher since 2011 – practicing since 2000, not currently teaching
  •  Love of cooking and feeding people (myself included)
  • Adore beach days and bike rides in the summer – skiing and outdoor fires in the winter

  • Love my husband, two daughters and two dogs (beagle and boston terrier)
